We are looking for a Techno Commercial Executive who will play individual contributor role and will be ready to handle both technical and commercial aspects of the business. Incumbent will pursue specific goals in Technical support, lead generation, lead qualification and conversion.


We are looking for a bright Techno Commercial Executive to provide Online and On-Site technical support to our customers. This individual will provide support via phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required. This individual will be responsible for business development in the given industry segment and territory and will be responsible for pre-sales as well as providing demo’s to customers as and when required. Individual will be required to expand company revenues within the defined industry and geographic area. A background in engineering or IT support is required.



Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

Prepare accurate and timely reports

Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

Will be responsible for business development and will expand market reach and revenues.


Engineering Degree in any stream and preferably with hardware course from a reputed institute or equivalent

3-4 years Proven working experience in technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer

Knowledge of Windows OS, Oracle RDBMS, Linux systems, various utilities and scripting

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent client-facing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


Individual will be responsible for providing Online & on-site support which includes identifying the faults related to hardware, software, configuration, networking, power supply problems, etc. Individual will be responsible for supporting the installation functions that include security installation, training the users, testing, documenting, and maintaining the quality standards. Individual shall participate in the meetings and makes recommendations so that the supporting services can be improved to ensure better satisfaction of the clients.


To ensure success as a field support engineer, an individual should be willing to travel extensively. Individual must be totally customer oriented and should be able to communicate with the clients in a clear and concise manner. Individual should be able to identify the business opportunities and provide relevant solutions for the same. Should be open to learn new things and constantly keep abreast with the latest technological trends that are happening in the relevant industry.


Salary offered will be as per industry standards and depending on the candidate skills, academic background and the level of responsibilities that the individual is going to handle.
